Pastor Schroer has been serving St. Paul’s since 1984. His ministry focus is Christian Life and Elders.
Prior to 1984, he served in two other congregations – Arlington Ave. Lutheran Church in Toledo, Ohio and Christ Lutheran Church in Shields, Michigan. He has also been the Ohio Conference Chairman, Circuit Pastor, 1st & 2nd Vice President of the Michigan District and is part of the Michigan District Stewardship Board.
Pastor Jonathan Kruschel

Pastor Kruschel has been at St. Paul’s since 2003. His ministry focus is Worship and Outreach.
Before coming to St. Paul’s, he was an Intern at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church in Columbia, Tennessee.
Pastor Ronald Freier

Pastor Freier has been serving St. Paul’s since 2000 after retiring from his full time ministry at Grace Lutheran Church in St, Joseph where he served for 40 years. His ministry focus at St. Paul’s is visiting homebound members and those who are hospitalized.
In addition to his previous ministry at Grace, Pastor Freir also has served for 24 years on the Wisconsin Ev. Lutheran Synod Board for World Missions.

Mr. Schleef has been principal at St. Paul’s Lutheran School since 2001. His focus is on administration, curriculum and science.
Mr. Schleef’s first assignment out of college was in Tsuchirua City, Japan. He served there for a year and then went on to teach in three other Lutheran Elementary Schools before coming to St. Paul’s.

Mr. Treder has been at St. Paul’s Lutheran School since 1989. His area of focus is in Language Arts and Math.
Mr. Treder began his teaching career in 1969 and served in 3 prior teaching assignments before coming to St. Paul’s for his second round of service in 1989.
Previously, he had served St. Paul’s from 1974 – 1980.
Mr. Ryan Willis

Mr. Willis has been teaching at St. Paul’s since 1999. His area of focus is in History and in Coaching and serving as Boy’s Athletic Director.
Mrs. Carrie Zak

Mrs. Zak has been teaching at St. Paul’s since 2007. Her focus is in Music and Organ.

Mrs. Kubath has been serving St. Paul’s since 1987. Her area of focus is in Directing the Junior and Senior Choirs and also in Coaching and serving as the Girl’s Athletic Director.

Mrs. Rabber’s has been serving at St. Paul’s since 2000. Her focus is in Coaching.
Previously she had served as the 3rd and 4th grade teacher at St. Paul’s from 1982 – 1989.
Mrs. Chris Treder

Mrs. Treder has been serving St. Paul’s since 1993. Her focus is in Early Childhood Education, Children with Special Needs and she also serves as the Tone Chime Director.
Previously, Mrs. Treder’s was Kindergarten – 2nd grade teacher at St. John Lutheran School in Fairfax, MN from 1974 – 1978.
Mrs. Ann Marie Enders

Mrs. Enders has been teaching at St. Paul’s since 2002. Her main focus is in Early Childhood Education – 3 to 4 year olds.
Since 1996, Mrs. Enders has had numerous experiences outside of St. Paul’s in teaching Preschool and Elementary School age children – including teaching one year in China through “Friends of China”.
